back in 2000.

Are those the only performance mods he's done to the car? Doesn't sound like it could be much faster than most other Aurora owners. There must be a whole lot more that he's just not telling us about. Any clue?

So far as I was able to find out, that's all that
was done with that Aurora; just some
exhaust system work and airbox mods.

Marc, you should post over that link about the 96 Aurora GTS that Im stealing my signature pictures from. Those things make my mouth water.

On the car of Vern Johnsons, it may have been in a class that only allowed those kinds of modifications, like street stock maybe. There so many different rules out there for different classifacations its hard to keep straight.

I'd be even more interested if I wasn't making $130 loan payments and $140 insurance payments every month. Maybe by the time I'm done paying my car off I can start thinking about some serious mods. Maybe a turbo'd 4.6 Northstar :o . Or maybe I'm just dreaming.....

*sigh* ya, but without dreams we wouldnt have $6000 turbo options ;)

RSM has the "RSM Aurora" check it out

Lose the wing, but otherwise, I'd hit it!

That wing is hideous! Why would they even consider such an ugly piece for the rear deck?

I dunno, but they had a better version of it for the 95-99

Notice how the signal lights at the front are clear? Just like mine now, no orange bulbs...whadda difference B)

Anyhow, ya the wing is a farce

Thats nice Jim I gotta get those pic put with the rest of my Aurora collection. This white race car with the GFX sittin on the ground is just way to sick. I cant stand wings on road cars either but they look just fine on the track.

5%...10% maybe, its hard to tell with that quality of a pic. Its almost as dark as the car

Those wheels look really nice on those Aurora's. I wish I had them on mine.

For only 17's I think the are alright, I dont really like the straight spoke look, I have seen em at RSM and was less then impressed for the money. I think the 3 prong SSEi rims may work nicer granted the curves of the car...

Sorry off topic.

RSM can sure put together a nice package for track work B)
