it ...? there until i moved out of his wife's trailer... now he says that if it is not moved by friday that he would have it towed away... the thing is that it is not in anyones way...and i am disabled and 22 weeks pregnant.... the ? is can he legally do that if they are current on everything he is also trying to throw my parents out of the house just because it is there.... he is always harrassing them about something and they are elderly and can't move everytime someone wants them to. They have been there for over a year and he says since their contract is out he can make them move if he wants to..... is this legal..... also i live in North Carolina
the bravada is tagged and insured so that isn't a problem. the vehicle is sitting beside a tree in my parents front yard. it is not in anyone's way... this is confusing for me.... i think that someone messed with it while i was moving b/c i only made it from the trailer to there and that was it... it is something with the motor
