Have any of yall made business cards or phamplets that advertise this website off? Just an idea, I keep some cards for BC in my car. I might try to make some up for this forum also, I see a lot of Aleros with Chromies around here.

We are working on that for the Aurora Club of North America. Once I get some quotes then I can explore OldsmobileForums options.

Haha, yea, you know I like to check out who is online and see who I can use my pattened "Welcome to Da Club" phrase on. It just amazes me that people my age or close to it still act so immature. Makes me wonder if it is a GP guy or ricer.

Anyways, who is in the ACNA? Is that part of this forum? I was just thinking because I saw a slick Black Aurora today in the parking lot. It was niiiice!

ACNA just started up for us Aurora owners, a girl named Amanda Holland that lives in Cape Cod has been working hard setting up a website and Forums, I have been helping her out, so I guess I am the co-founder, I wrote the charter and suggested forums and various other details. I talked to her last night, may even meet her in 2 weeks when I go down to NH, seems like a very sweet girl.

Thats cool. I mean there are a ton of Aurora's driving around. Just got to get people interested. That is the kicker.

Its marketing too, I mean, I see a few of em, and its all generally older people. But there is one guy locally that has a black Aurora, but he riced it out a bit, he took an Aurora badge and centred it on the rear tails, looks odd, and adde 32V Northstar badge from a Cadillac on the back of his car... I dunno, its not that nice... <_<

Yea, thats kind of ricey. It would of been neat if he took that same badge or whatever and engraved it in the tail lamp so it lights up. Like the place I live at now is small, but the other day ago I saw for the first time another Bonne customized. Tint windows and chromes, then later that day I saw one with some type of aftermarket cross laced wheels. Kind of makes me wonder if they saw mine and said Damn, a new era Bonne can be cool just like the older ones.

Yep, indeed, it takes a bit of creativity, but you can do some nice things. The trouble with that black on that I saw, was he had this Sikh symbols all over it as well....its looked over done at the back. I dont wanna shave my car, but the simple badge on the hood and the AURORA on the tails is enough for me.

I like to employ the KISS theory, keep it simple stupid.

In fact, LOL, at Timmys tonight, some guy asked me who made the Aurora, and its true, there is no Olds badging on it at all. He had NO idea it was a GM car, nevermind Oldsmobile, he looked over and said..hey Yer driving history now! B)
