That black one is (or was ) for sale in Welland Ont, CAN, about 1.25 hrs from Toronto, nice car, within my grasp but not my budget.
Auction is over tho..lol

They look pretty nice.. My ex-girlfriend had a Buick Skyhawk years ago - it looked similar. That kinda looks like the Ultimate Skyhawk. :)

$13,500, even in canadian dollars is absurd. No way in hell the car is worth that. However, it was the W-41 that was the rare/hot engine, not the W-40. The W-41 is the one that was so successful in SCCA and the Firehawk series. The W-41 had 190 hp, but more importantly, it had a red valve cover and said "Made exclusively for Oldsmobile" on it.
I still think it would be awesome to get a 1992 Achieva SCX W-41 in red.

I saw one at a dealers auction and it went for 700. I dont know the year or mileage though.

I own a "RED" 1993 Achieva SCX...I think only 535 of these were made.
Mine is a "W41" and is a great car!
It includes a "Limited-Slip" "Posi" front-end, 3.91 gears and a close ratio getrag 5-speed.
The speedo shows 140, I've been above that.
This car is the ultimate import eater and can even feast on a few V-8's here and there.
5.0 Mustangs (Stock) are my favorite prey as it is funny when I brag that my 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated, "Old Person's" car just kicked their butt!
I have over 185,000 miles on it and it will still smoke a 5.0 Mustang and get good gas mileage doing it.
It gets around 26mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway.
I bought it new with only 26 miles on it.
It has been a great car and I will never part with it.
If you find one, buy it.....you won't be disappointed.
